Jesus declared in John 15; “a branch is nothing and can do nothing apart from the Vine.” If the branch produces any fruit, it is because of its union with the Vine. The moment this union is broken, the branch cease to produce fruit. And so it is with the believer. We live and experience life or produce fruit by our union with Jesus. Our union is experienced by our humility and total dependence upon Jesus to be our everything and our humility.
