What Is Your Foundation?

We read in John 1:1 (NLT); In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. God and His Word are one. All things are upheld by the Word of God. It is God’s desire for Humanity to be wise, trust Him and build their foundation upon His Word. What is your foundation built on? Every foundation will be tested when the rain descend, the floods come, and the winds blow and beat on that house. However, it will not fall, if it is founded on the Solid Rock, Jesus Christ. What will you build upon? May the words of this famous hymnal be true in your life; My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus Christ, my righteousness. I dare not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly lean on Jesus’ Name. On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand; All other ground is sinking sand. May you foundation withstand the rain, the floods and the wind founded on the Solid Rock, Jesus Christ.
