Intentionally Being Like Jesus Part III

Every manipulation, every beguilement, every bewitchment, and every deception of Satan against humanity is designed for us to become like Satan. The characteristics are self-focused, self-loved, self-conscious, self-importance, self-ambitious and self-exhausting. Satan deceived one third of perfect Angels. If selfishness can deceive and destroy the perfect Angels relationship with God, what about imperfect humanity? The only way a person can experience deliverance from selfishness is to make a decision to deny one’s right to themselves and live for the pleasure of the one who died for us. And live for the pleasure of others at our expense. Then and only then can we experience true freedom and happiness.
