New Covenant Stewardship

The Biblical Definition:

Biblically, stewardship is the active management of God's property under

God's authority for God's glory. It is rooted in two fundamentals biblical

truths: #1. God owns everything. Psalms 24:1; “The earth is the Lord’s, and

everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.” #2. We have been assigned

to be trusted managers, God has delegated the care and cultivation of His

creation into the hands of humanity. We have been given freedom and

authority to utilize these resources, but we must always remain accountable

to the Owner.
