Who Does God Call Bless?

How do you measure a person being blessed? Is it by the world or by God’s standard? Question; have you ever since you been a Christian rejoiced when you were reviled and persecuted for Christ sake? Have you ever encouraged someone you know that was reviled and persecuted to rejoice because they were blessed? Jesus called them blessed. What are you calling them and calling yourself? Blessings
