Now, Jerico…. (The Power in Transition)
Joshua 5:12-15 NKJV
"Then the manna ceased on the day after they had eaten the produce of the land; and
the children of Israel no longer had manna, but they ate the food of the land of Canaan
that year. And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted his eyes
and looked, and behold, a Man stood opposite him with His sword drawn in His hand.
And Joshua went to Him and said to Him, “Are You for us or for our adversaries?” So
He said, “No, but as Commander of the army of the LORD I have now come.” And
Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped, and said to Him, “What does my
Lord say to His servant?” Then the Commander of the LORD’s army said to
Joshua, “Take your sandal off your foot, for the place where you stand is holy.” And
Joshua did so."
Joshua 6:1(a) NKJV
"Now Jerico."
Matthew 28: 18-20 - NKJV
"And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in
heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to
observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the
end of the age.” Amen."
Ephesians 6:12 KJV
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in
high places."
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 KVJ
"For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the
weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God and take every thought captive to obey Christ."
