Healing School #14: Refuting Arguments

The moment a contrary thought concerning anything that God has promised you or said about you enters into your mind, you must immediately refute the thought. If you start thinking about it, most likely, it will appear real and you will act on it. And if you act on it, it will become a stronghold. You always refute contrary thoughts with what God has already said in His Word. This is exactly what Jesus did in His wilderness temptation. He refuted the words of the devil with what was written. If we would just do what Jesus did, we will experience what Jesus experienced. We have been given the responsibility to refute every argument of the enemy. The reason the enemy is arguing with you is because you are in TRUTH!
