Giving Yourself Away

Romans 10:17 (NKJV)

“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

Luke 6:38 (AMP)

“Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over [with no space left for more]. For with the standard of measurement you use [when you do good to others], it will be measured to you in return.”

2 Corinthians 9:6-12 (TPT)

“Here’s my point. A stingy sower  will reap a meager harvest, but the one who sows from a generous spirit will reap an abundant harvest. 7Let giving flow from your heart, not from a sense of religious duty. Let it spring up freely from the joy of giving—all because God loves hilarious generosity!  8Yes, God is more than ready to overwhelm you with every form of grace, so that you will have more than enough of everything —every moment and in every way. He will make you overflow with abundance in every good thing you do. 9Just as the Scriptures say about the one who trusts in him: Because he has sown extravagantly and given to the poor,

his kindness and generous deeds will never be forgotten. 10This generous God who supplies abundant seed  for the farmer, which becomes bread for our meals,  is even more extravagant toward you. First he supplies  every need, plus more. Then he multiplies the seed as you sow it, so that the harvest of your generosity  will grow. 11You will be abundantly enriched in every way as you give generously on every occasion,  for when we take your gifts to those in need,  it causes many to give thanks to God. 12The priestly ministry  you are providing through your offering not only supplies what is lacking for God’s people, it inspires an outpouring  of praises and thanksgiving to God himself.”

John 3:16-17 (AMP)

“For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] [a]only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge and condemn the world [that is, to initiate the final judgment of the world], but that the world might be saved through Him.

John 3:16-17 (MSG)

“This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person’s failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.

Romans 8:19 (AMPC)

For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship].

Romans 8:19 (TPT)

“The entire universe is standing on tiptoe,  yearning to see the unveiling of God’s glorious  sons and daughters!”

Genesis 26:12-13 (AMPC)

‘Then Isaac sowed seed in that land and received in the same year a hundred times as much as he had planted, and the Lord favored him with blessings. 13 And the man became great and gained more and more until he became very wealthy and distinguished;’
